With every booking, you will receive a reservation confirmation with a reservation number.

Your booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of this reservation number. (This applies especially to direct online bookings.)

Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.

Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM.

The reception is staffed until 9:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive later, please contact reception to ensure access to the building and your booked room.

8 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Your bicycles can be stored in our lockable garage in the annex. You can also charge your batteries there.

Please note: Charging bicycle batteries in the room is not permitted. Bicycles are also not allowed in the guest rooms.

Days of Rest
Mondays and Wednesdays are our days off. The restaurant is closed, and reception has limited availability.

Arrival on these days is possible but only after prior arrangement with reception.

With the new digital guest card, you can enjoy all the benefits on your smartphone.
You'll need the "My Guest Card" app, which you can find in the Apple and Google app stores.
You'll need to register and log in once.
Upon check-in, you'll receive an email with a code that will activate your guest card(s) on your device.

Dogs, and pets in general, are only allowed upon prior request and agreement.
Out of consideration for other guests, dogs must be kept on a leash inside the house.
A charge of €15.00 per night (excluding food) will be applied.

You can pay in cash or by card.
We accept EC card, MasterCard, and Visa.

Cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge.

Cancellations 13 to 2 days before arrival will incur a charge of 80% of the total price.

Cancellations 1 day before arrival, no-shows, and early departures will incur a charge of 100% of the total price.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
